This pivotal leadership position will serve as the key operational manager and a strong second chair to the Lead Pastor. As the Associate Pastor, you will oversee family ministries, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission and vision. Your role will also involve playing an integral part in strategic church decisions, sermon planning, and preaching. To thrive in this position, strong leadership, operational management, communication, and preaching skills are essential.

Salary Range:  $75,000 – $85,000
