As a full-time resident, you will undergo Converge’s Church Planting Training and Assessment Process and gain valuable ministry experience within the church. You will serve alongside the Elder Team, preaching regularly, shepherding and caring for the church members, and providing oversight to outreach-related events and initiatives. Your role will also involve developing strategies to equip the members to share the gospel and engage their communities, organizing missions trips, and leading a launch team for the church plant.
