Lisa Lewis is a proven leader with a track record of building healthy and thriving volunteer teams. Her ministry career spans 12 years, with significant experience at two multisite churches in Atlanta, Ga and San Francisco’s Bay area (15,000 and 6,000 attendance respectively). Through positions as a Worship Resident, Worship Pastor and Residency Director/Staff Development, she coached and developed church staff and volunteers. Lisa specializes in volunteer care, volunteer (and staff) leadership team development, and worship team musical and spiritual growth.
