The Community Co Church in Forest Lake, Minnesota, is in search of their next Lead Pastor to provide leadership and oversee the direction, thrust, and ministry of the entire church. They are looking for a spiritual leader to preach and teach God’s Word, administer ordinances and lead members in a practical Christian life. They are looking forward to what the future holds at The Community Co (short for co-op) and are hopeful for their next leader to generate excitement and direct the church in their sense of purpose.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Set the vision for the church to generate excitement for the future direction of the church and the lost.
• Lead all public church services
• Oversee staff providing counsel, encouragement Christian discipline when needed
• Be the spiritual leader and shepherd of the church

• A love for Jesus that flows from eyes and lips
• Love for people
• Seminary degree
• Lighthearted and fun
• Vision for leading the church

Forest Lake is a great city that is growing each year but still has the love and connection of community to feel small and known. We have beautiful lakes in and throughout our community that are perfect for swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, picnicking, and good old family fun…or snowmobiling, ice fishing, and snowshoeing for those that prefer the winter season! Our main street hosts many local businesses and restaurants and great walking paths provide great accessibility and opportunity for connection throughout our city.
